Recreate the Date
A The Bachelor Bracket Original

For everyone who has ever looked at a fantasy date on the show and has wanted to turn that into their own reality, The Bachelor Bracket presents Recreate the Date. Each week we'll figure out a way you can experience some or all of the magic on the show in your own way.

Rose Ceremony #2

I’ve been watching the Bachelor/the Bachelorette for a long time. Long enough to know that the first round of one on one—or, heck, why not? “Juan on Juan” dates is important. But that first round can also be misleading. Let’s take Jake Pavelka on Jillian’s season, for example. That strapping southern gentleman came straight out the gate with an amazing first impression in one of that season’s first one-on-one dates—only to ultimately disappoint us all by becoming kind of a creep.

Either way, these first few dates are certainly fun to watch and help us viewers and bracketers solidify our theories, pick favorites, and sometimes second guess our dubious bracket choices.

So for this installment of “Recreate the Date,” let’s take a look at how we can bring some glamorous TV fun into our otherwise humdrum dating lives…

Juan Pablo and Clare’s first date was pretty magical. First, you’ve got to set the scene. snow cones, anyone?

Snow Cones!!

Clare was head over heels for Juan Pablo’s intoxicating Man Scent .

Head.Over.Heels for this!

And gentlemen, to truly attract the “Juan”-dering eyes of a pretty young thing, be sure your chest is smooth as a baby's bottom .

JP's got a neck beard but you or your S/O doesn't have to have one!

This week’s group date was full of surprises. If you want the ladies to say cheese, first you have to have the proper equiment .

Say Queso???

Well, and then of course, you have to find a bunch of cute dogs: http://bestfriends.org/

A sexy costume will set the scene, and hopefully it will be love at first “snap!”

Juan Pablo and Kat’s first date was probably one of the strangest and coolest I’ve seen on the Bachelor/Bachelorette. Recreating this date requires a little pre- planning. First, you’ve got to get in shape. So start training and getting accustomed to running in the dark!

Then, you’ve got to Gear Up .

Half the battle is the outfit...battle won.

You probably need this and this (they're so cool) , too.

Make your next Bachelor night glow in the dark :)

Equipped with these vital and necessary tools and the brilliant date planning of ABC’s team, you are well on your way to having the most romantic night of your life. Cheers from all of us at the Bachelor Bracket, and happy recreating!
